That is the inspiration and drive behind Gusto!
We pride ourselves on serving simple, uncomplicated dishes made to order from the freshest, top quality ingredients available. Our fruit and vegetables are purchased daily from Everfresh. We use Hanbury chickens which are hormone free and are delivered straight from the farm and our pork products are sourced from the Dargle Valley farm situated in the Natal Midlands. The pork is also hormone free and free range and the bacon and sausages are hand made using traditional methods. The eggs are farm fresh and delivered weekly from Sunblest farms. Our selection of fresh, handmade super juices and smoothies are prepared from scratch – the fruit and vegetables are chopped, squeezed and blended on site and NO powder mixes are used. For those patrons wishing to indulge, we are fully licensed and we stock a range of excellent, easy drinking wines handpicked by our suppliers, as well as a range of boutique beers produced by the Nottingham Road and Shongweni breweries. www.gustoafrica.com
