Objective
To investigate the isolation rate and drug - resistant rates of antifungal agents of Candida spp in inpa2 Candida spp were identified with CHRO Magar medium and Vitek - AMS system , drug sensitive test of Candida spp was detected with broth dilution recommended by NCCLS1 In the past three years , Candida spp occupied 810 1019 and 1415 percent of all pathogens isolated from inpatients respectively1Among the 921 strains , C1albicans accounted for 5611 % , followed by C1tropicalis 2312 % , C1glabrata 319 % , C1krusei 318 % , and others 1310 %1The drug - resistant rates of terbinafin , fluconazole , itraconazole , miconazole , ketoconazole , fluorocytosine and amphotericin were 4915 % 1819 % 1816 % 1618 % 1614 % 219 % Conclusion
