In light of the Change of Name, the Company is pleased to announce that new share certificates of the Company in red will be issued in the new name of the Company in any subsequent issue of Shares. Shareholders may exchange the existing share certificates in blue for new share certificates in red at the branch registrar of the Company in Hong Kong free of charge for one month from 8 September 200 to 7 October 200 (both dates inclusive).
Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 4 June 200, and 3 September 200
respectively and the circular (the “Circular”) of the Company dated 30 June 200. Capitalised terms
used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless defined otherwise.
In light of the Change of Name, the Company is pleased to announce that new share certificates of the Company in red will be issued in the new name of the Company in any subsequent issue of Shares. Shareholders may exchange the existing share certificates in blue for new share certificates in red at the branch registrar of the Company in Hong Kong, Tricor Tengis Limited at 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong free of charge for one month from 8 September 200 to 7 October 200 (both dates inclusive). Thereafter, any exchange of new share certificates in red will be handled by Tricor Tengis Limited on payment of a fee of HK$2.50 (or such higher fee as may be allowed by the Stock Exchange from time to time) for each share certificate for Shares cancelled or each new share certificate issued, whichever number of certificates cancelled/issued is higher.
All existing share certificates in blue in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be effective as documents of title to the Shares and be valid for trading, settlement and registration purposes.
